Picture Mountain RV Park Picture Mountain RV Park welcomed our first guests in 2004, and would love to add you to that list 🙂 We have daily and monthly rates to suit your needs.

We have enjoyed providing our guests a unique and comfortable RV'ing experience. We have 95 spaces in a secluded natural setting with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains,including the Matzatzals and Sierra Anchas. Our park offers seasonal pit bbq's and many ATV group outings throughout the year. Dogs are allowed, but please be respectful of leash laws. If you like to fish, we are locate

A round of below-normal low temperatures is forecast Sunday morning, with lows between 5-10 degrees below average for mid-January. Otherwise, expect clear skies and light winds at most places.

Please be advised that Bermuda Flat Shoreline Area is closed to the public until Feb. 15, 2025, for seasonal geese and migratory bird access.

The will open Cholla Bay Shoreline Area as a substitution to this closure of Bermuda Flats. Cholla Bay does not have amenities to support the area and will have posted information to reflect this at the site kiosk. Due to no amenities at the site, fees will be waived and not enforced.

We've really been seeing the coyotes out the last few mornings. Keep an eye out while you're walking and your pet close.

As a reminder, we do have leash law in effect through the entire park property for everyone's safety.

I am so ready for this!

Get ready to pull out those sweaters and jackets! Temperatures will drop 10-20 degrees below normal by Friday, leaving many locations to tap out around 40 to 50 degrees. These cold temperatures will stick around through Saturday, before another warming trend begins Sunday through the middle of next week.

Road crews are setting up on the highway. Please be careful coming out of the RV park, it looks like alternating lanes are going to be used.

🚨 Traffic Alert for SR87 🚨

Residents, please be advised that there was a car fire near Sunflower on SR87, which has spread to wildland on both sides of the highway. SR87 is now closed at Bush Highway for northbound traffic and at SR188 for southbound traffic coming out of Payson.

Currently, there is no estimated time for reopening. U.S. Forest Service crews, including engines and aircraft, are actively working to control the fire.

We will update you as more information from ADOT becomes available. Stay safe!
