After 30 incredible years, Quarter Moon will close its doors in December 2024. As I prepare for retirement, I want to express my deep gratitude for the community's support, especially during challenging times like Hurricane Florence. And that’s a wrap on our 11th rental season. We had another great year with fantastic guests, some first time renters, and also no hurricanes (although there were a few close calls)! The 2025 calendar is open and anyone booking by December 31 will lock into 2024 rates. Currently we are about 60% booked for next year but we do have 11 weeks available including 5 prime summer weeks in June, July and August. We also have plans to upgrade that last back bedroom with new furniture to complete the furniture upgrades we started back three years ago.

We still have some spring and fall dates open for 2025 as well as a handful of key prime Summer weeks. Book by the end of December to lock in to the 2024 rate.

Here is something most Topsail Beach visitors do not get to see - Bumblebee Tower #2 at Queens Grant on the sound side. it used to be visible from the road until they built out the condos surrounding it, and the tower is behind a gate now. The only way to access it without being a Queens Grant owner is to walk or bike into the complex. It’s nice that the development has painted this one as it looks much nicer than it did years ago.

We have had several people renew their reservations for 2025 but we do have the following dates open for booking: June 21-28, July 5-12, July 12-19, July 26-Aug 2, and Aug 9-16. June and July dates are base rate $3,750 plus tax, cleaning and a $300 refundable deposit charge for first time renters. Reach out via Facebook Messenger for more details.
