Towanda chapter 0836 holds weekly weigh ins from 4:30 to 5:50 p.m. on Thursdays at Trinity Lutheran Church in Towanda, Pa. A meeting is held following weigh ins at 6 p.m. Never been to a TOPS meeting? Feel free to come and visit, your first meeting is free of charge. If you decide to join the group, the cost is $28 once a year for membership and $4 a month thereafter in chapter dues. Once you join
the group, your annual membership includes a subscription to the organization's bi-monthly magazine called TOPS News. You, or your doctor chooses how you lose the weight.
