Gorgeous condo on 30A situated directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Santa Rosa Beach. This is a corner unit located on the 3rd floor (top floor - with elevator access) above Retail and Restaurants and within walking distance to almost anything you might need. Enjoy our amazing patio (my favorite part) with fantastic view of the Gulf. 3 pools (2 are heated), shuffleboard, co****le, and a walking trail are all available in the complex.

Only this neighborhood and a condo complex have access to the beach here because there is no public parking which makes it perfect to get the spot you want on the beach! This casa is located in Miramar Beach less than 2 miles from Sandestin, 6 miles to Destin, and 7 miles to 30a. Enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast without feeling the crowds while tucked away!
