We needed to replace the flimsy Honda side cases on our AT with something a bit more durable, after talking with many ADV riders they all recommended the products from Mosko Moto. We installed the Backcountry 35L set with quick release mounting, as soon as we opened the box we were impressed with the quality, ruggedness, and design of these bags. Plenty of room for overnight trips and they compress down if you don't need all the room. Check them out at www.moskomoto.com

Not sure I believe this or not but saw this on Canada Moto Guide, below was taken for their article- Harley-Davidson is going to build an adventure bike. This morning, Harley-Davidson announced the new Pan America 1250 adventure bike, scheduled to hit the market in 2020. It’s a new direction for the company, and it’s an all-new platform. The Pan America will be built around a new liquid-cooled 60-degree V-twin. [ 47 more words ]

The last two days our phones here at the shop have worked intermittently, please bear with us while COMCAST figures out what the problem is this time. Someone said that they got a message that our phones have been disconnected, this is not the case by any means. Feel free to try my cell at 865-336-0863 only in the event our main # is not working. Yep, for a limited time we're offering a Polaris Sling Shot for rent, this unit is on loan from the folks at Wolf Creek Rentals in Stecoah, NC. TN is now recognizing these as an "autocycle", which means you don't need a M/C endorsement to ride, or should we say drive them.

It never ceases to amaze me how many riders outside of the US know that some of the best riding is right here in the Smoky Mountains. We've got riders out on our bikes now from Canada, Germany, Denmark, and Washington DC, well just kidding on that last one! Pic is of two cool dudes from Denmark.

David and Andrea, from Australia, set off this morning on a couple of our bikes to ride the Trans America Trail and take in the Solar Eclipse during their ride. We had a blast talking with them as we were loading the bikes,these are true ADV riders, they have traveled all over the world.

Pic is of a family down here from Ohio that rode some of our bikes last week, really nice folks and it is great to see some of the younger generation out riding motorcycles. If we want to see our sport/hobby/passion remain, it is important that we do all we can to expose the younger generation to the thrill of riding. Just our thoughts, hope they're yours too!

Just added the new Kawi 300 Versys to the fleet and boy what a blast it is to ride. About the same HP as a KLR650 but the fuel injected twin will spin all the way to 12000 RPM. Kind of like a small ADV bike with a 32" seat height, decent wind protection and ABS. We think this will be a popular bike for carving up the mountain roads in the Smokies, come it it a try.

We lost our Sammy boy yesterday, he was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma on Saturday and went downhill fast. He was our greeter, our announcer that someone was here, our loyal advisor, our soundboard and constant companion. We will miss him greatly and we know that many of you have commented over the years on what a hard worker he was! We know that many of our customers fell in love with him too, if anyone has a photo of Sammy and would like to share it with us, please post it on our page. Rest in Peace, Sammy.........

An airline captain, Tomas travels the world, and takes every opportunity he can to ride in some of the most beautiful places on earth.
