Blessed beyond measure, Trip to the Holy land of Karbala Iraq 2023
Despite what is portrayed by the media about Islam and Iraq, all we know is that Islam is a peaceful religion and here we are amidst thousands other muslims from different parts of the county gathered here solely to Pray in peace, seek forgiveness for any known or unknown sins committed and seek purification of the soul
Our trip was just 5 days long but the experience of doing Ramadan and especially celebrating Eid in Karbala was a unique experience and one for the books that will be etched in our memories forever
The shrine is considered one of the holiest site in Shia Islam (aside from Meccah and Madina) and only lucky ones get to visit, marvel in the architecture and most importantly recall the sacrifices Imam Husayn as underwent with Islam
May all of you reading this today be blessed in bountiful and may you always find peace and positivity in life in everything you do

THEN WE SHOULD ASK - Not even one tear drop that can be shed??
