Here's how to cancel an unclaimed payment:

Go to Activity.
Click Cancel under the payment in question.
Follow the steps to cancel the payment.

To cancel an unclaimed payment, find it under the Activity section in your PayPal app. Tap Cancel and follow the instructions to cancel the payment.

The payment would be pending or unclaimed if the recipient has opted not to automatically accept certain payments. These could be payments not in their preferred currency, or from buyers with unconfirmed addresses. You won't have the option to cancel the payment yourself. The recipient needs to accept or deny the payment within 30 days.

We automatically cancel pending or unclaimed payments after 30 days and send the money back to its original source. Refunds to bank accounts may take up to 5 days, while refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 30 days.

Cruises Plus has served the travel community out of our Baltimore, MD office since 1986. While our number one specialty is cruise vacations (both corporate incentive and leisure travel), we also sell guided tours and all inclusive resort packages. We strive to provide our customers, both future and current, with uniquely superior service. We rarely allow questions to go unanswered for more than 12 hours (we shoot for 1 hour!). We possess a tremendous amount of travel-related knowledge and have agents with Eastern European backgrounds allowing us to service Hungarian and Russian speaking travelers as well as “locals.”
