GWA is prepping for our annual KSSI (St. Simons Island, GA) trip from January 2-10, 2025!

As you well know, Northern Michigan isn’t the most hospitable place for flight training during the winter. To combat this, we fly our fleet down to St. Simons Island, GA for a week of flight training around the beautiful, warm Golden Isles on the Georgia coast.

This is an awesome opportunity for you to build time and hone your skills somewhere new. Not to mention the excitement that comes with flying across the country!

St. Simons Island is a cool beach town full of fantastic restaurants and sights to see. We stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton located at the airport where you can see your favorite GWA planes on the ramp right outside your hotel room window!
