Another successful wedding catered this weekend and this time at Timber Ridge campground. We did onsite grilling in our brand new grill trailer and got rave reviews from the guests. Congratulations Lynn and Steve!

Catering from City of Riesling yesterday at Clinch Park. The apricot pulled pork paired wonderfully with the rieslings. Riesling balsamic reduction for the Brie and Cambozola. Smoked salmon and dill pate. Too many items to mention. Oh and of course the AMAZING Charcuterie board.

So during Greek Easter one of the things that Greeks like to cook is lamb it's a tradition. Even though Uptown catering is a full-blown catering company , Greek is definitely an influence on some of the entrees if requested. Are high-end roaster is capable of accommodating pig or lamb. I can tell you that this little lamb was fantastic. Pictured it was about 30 pounds.
