THE BARN
Located in Northport MI, The Barn is the perfect place for a small family getaway. The home looks modest from the outside as it is a converter pole barn building. But the inside will have you enjoying modern amenities and a spacious layout.

Driving to The Barn, you will be taken aback with the beauty of the surrounding nature. The wooded lot provides you with a lot of privacy and we highly suggest taking some time at the provided fire pit to enjoy the surrounding serenity. The wildlife abounds with plenty of deer, squirrels, rabbits, birds and more. The location puts you short distance to the Village of Northport for groceries, restaurants, shopping and fantastic public beaches. A slightly longer drive will put you in Traverse City, MI- home of the National Cherry Festival. The surrounding areas offer so much for tourists to take in if you wish or if you just want peace and quiet- The Barn is the place to be!

The Barn offers guests who are needing a more accessible place to stay a step free entrance, on premise parking, and access to the primary bedroom, bathroom and living spaces without climbing steps. The fully stocked kitchen is a great space to prepare a meal and the kitchen island also serves as dining space. The living room with a Smart TV is a great space for the family to gather but when you need to spread out- each sleeping space has a tv as well. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed. The loft space has 2 full sized beds and is a great space for the kids to play and sleep. The loft ceiling is low; some adults would not be able to stand at their full height. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combo.

There is a washer and dryer available for guest use as well.

The Barn is the perfect location for families who are looking to enjoy the best that Northern Michigan has to offer while maximizing your budget.

Peaceful Platte is the perfect Up North getaway for those guests looking to experience the best of Northern Michigan. With 100 feet of private footage on Platte Lake, this wood cabin offers a private, serene setting. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom making it a great space for up to 6 guests.

The cabin is all one floor. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and the two guest room areas have full beds. There is a twin bed located in the three seasons room for guests who wish to wake up to the view of the lake. There is 1 bathroom.

The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. There is also a gas grill for guest use.

There is a dock for guests who wish to bring a boat (boat launch is 2 miles away), 2 kayaks for guest use and a fire pit perfect for making a s'more and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. There are board games and cards, wifi, and a smart TV for indoor entertainment.

Located in Beulah Michigan- Peaceful Platte puts you in the heart of it all. Close proximity to Traverse City, MI- home of the National Cherry Festival and boasting some of the best restaurants and shopping in the state. Empire and the National Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes are about a 30 minute drive- definitely worth the trip for the scenic views, dune climb and Lake Michigan fun. Downtown Beulah Beauty is a beautiful home to enjoy any season of the year. Come for the summer fun, fall color tours, winter skiing and snowmobiling, or the quiet spring time. You are only a few blocks to shops, restaurants, bike trails and the crystal clear waters of Crystal Lake. You'll feel welcomed as soon as you walk on to the spacious enclosed front porch. A great place to relax and take in the sights of Beulah.

Inside you will find a spacious living room and reading area along with dining area and a well equipped kitchen. A great place to cook a meal with ingredients from the local farm stands and nearby markets. On the first floor is a bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen bed. The third has a queen bed and a twin. There is also a pack n play for the little one. The upstairs bathroom has been renovated with a new claw foot tub, shower combination. Wi-Fi, Apple TV, DVD are available for those wanting to stay connected! There is central air, new in 2024. There is also one in the upstairs hallway and s window unit in each upstairs bedroom. Not only do you have a great indoor space to enjoy but the backyard offers a fenced in yard and seating to enjoy outdoor meals. After dinner, walk downtown for an ice cream cone or take in a beautiful sunset on Crystal Lake. Be sure to take in a movie at the Cherry Bowl Drive In Theater or visit St. Ambrose Cellars for a beverage and great outdoor space. Plenty of places to explore by car with Crystal Mountain, Frankfort and Sleeping Bear Dunes all being a short drive away.

THE CABIN ON SPIDER LAKE

The Cabin on beautiful Spider Lake is a newly renovated 1,000 sq. ft. log cabin, including a spacious three seasons room overlooking the lake, with a cozy cottage interior. Just 20 minutes southeast of downtown Traverse City and all of its attractions, The Cabin can sleep up to eight people and is dog friendly with a 45-pound weight limit and additional pet fee. There are two bedrooms and two full baths: the Master has a queen bed and en suite while the second bedroom has a full bed as well as bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Spider Lake is a 450 acre spring-fed all sports lake popular for fishing as well as water skiing, jet skiing and kayaking. Explore the many coves and islands with the four included kayaks. SKYLINE COTTAGE
Skyline Cottage is a fantastic location to spend your family vacation. Located on Lake Leelanau, the home offers private lake access, a grassy yard and plenty of sleeping and gathering space for your family of 12 (we request no more than 8 adults).

Within the home, you will enjoy the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room spaces. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the items needed to make a meal for your family. There is even a propane grill for those wanting to grill a meal.

The four bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping space. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. Just down the hall is the bunk room which contains three twin bunks, a full bunk, a sleeper sofa and a trundle bed. Off the living space you will find a bedroom with a king sized bed and lake views. The final guest room has a queen sized bed. There is also a guest bathroom.

Outside of the home, we highly recommend you take advantage of the private access to Lake Leelanau- the sandy soft bottomed lake is the perfect place to take a dip on a hot summer day. The nearest boat launch is about 1/2 mile away so we encourage you to bring your boat (or ask us for recommendations on boat rental companies) to maximize your lake house experience. Boats up to 22 ft are allowed to tie up to the dock. The firepit and deck offer a fantastic outdoor gathering place for those who wish to remain on shore.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee- please reach out to management if you are planning on bringing a dog.

Making Memories will be the perfect vacation spot to do just that! The home is located in the lovely Northern Michigan town of Traverse City. The home is nestled in a quiet residential area on a large lot offering plenty of privacy and space for guests to enjoy their stay. The home is a brief 8-10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the public beach access of Long Lake, a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown district which boasts some of the best restaurants and shopping in Michigan, nearby wineries offer wonderful opportunities for guests to sample the locally made wines and ciders, and the town of Empire is a short drive away and is home Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. There are many opportunities for guests who wish to hike, bike, swim, and enjoy the outdoors on the many public trails throughout the area.

When guests aren’t out enjoying the local attractions, the home itself offers many opportunities for fun. In the lower level, guests can enjoy a pool table, ping-pong table and a foosball table. There is a big screen smart TV and ample seating space for guests to get comfortable. The home has reliable wifi which makes it perfect for guests who are on a working vacation as well.

The home sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a king sized bed and next to that is the third bedroom with a queen sized bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the two guest bedrooms.

The main level of the home has a living room and sitting room area offering plenty of places for guests to spread out and get comfortable. The dining room has a large table perfect for family meals. The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and all of the necessities to cook a family meal. A small table is located in the kitchen as a perfect place to have your morning coffee. Guests coming after the 4th of July will have access to a gas grill to prepare meals outdoors. The deck off the back of the home has a patio dining set and overlooks the large backyard and a beautiful magnolia. In the back corner of the private lot, guests will be able to enjoy the firepit - a perfect place to make a s’more!

Guests will have access to the garage (although we request you park in the driveway) and the extra refrigerator perfect for storing beverages or extra groceries if needed.

MEMO'S TREASURE ON LAKE LEELANAU

New updates for 2023 - new flooring in lower bedroom, new living room furniture, better lighting, new caulking throughout and a new refrigerator are all ready for this summer season! This charming log cabin is located on popular Lake Leelanau. The cabin features three bedrooms, two on the main level and a loft. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a full bed, the loft has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the main level. Interior features include a well equipped kitchen with a new stove and counter tops. The dining area is off the living room with a nice open space concept to the family room with a wood burning fireplace creating a cozy evening gathering spot.

Off the living room is a bright and airy four-season room. A fantastic place to sip your morning coffee or favorite beverage and admire the beautiful water views or watch the kids play on the lush green grass in the yard. Free high speed WI-FI and satellite TV are included. Don't worry about bringing linens and towels; they are included. Just pack a couple beach towels and you will be all set. There is a fire pit for making s'mores and telling tales that will be remembered long after the summer ends. There is a brand new dock. Lake Leelanau is an all sports lake, anglers of any experience level seek to find their favorite spot. All manner of watercraft are allowed.

The Sleeping Bear Dunes national Lakeshore is not far and a beautiful drive away and offers blue waters, towering sand dunes, dense forest and primitive and well-groomed hiking and bike trails for all levels of explorer. There are also many wineries in the area, wine trail maps are available.

Should you desire a break from the rustic, up north charm, Traverse City is not far and we are fortunate to have a bustling and thriving downtown. Restaurants, shops, brew pubs, two great independent bookstores, the beautifully restored State Street & Bijou theaters, local festivals, such as the annual Cherry Festival and Film Festival, live music, are in abundance. The living room offers ample seating space, SMART TV with cable, fireplace and a sofa that converts into sleeping for two. There is a full guest bathroom, ample common closet space, washer/dryer, and wifi - all of the amenities needed for a perfect stay!

Outside of the condo, guests will find the location superb. It is within walking distance of breweries, restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. A short car or bike ride puts guests to downtown Traverse City for shopping, bars, restaurants, entertainment and the Grand Traverse Bay public beach access. This condo puts guests 11 miles from Flint Fields for the equestrian events, close to Grand Traverse and Leelanau peninsulas for sightseeing and wine tours. A short drive to the west will put guests at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dune National Park in Empire. With so much to see and do in Northern Michigan, this condo puts our guests in the heart of it all.

THE FRANKFORT HAUS

The Frankfort Haus is the perfect home for a family wanting to visit beautiful Frankfort Michigan. With its single floor layout, grab bars in the bathroom and handicap ramp entering the home, the space is comfortable for guests with limited capabilities as well. The master bedroom features an ensuite master bathroom and king sized bed. The first guest room has two twin beds and the third guest room has a Queen bed. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed set and a futon.

The bunk room features a big screen TV and large closet space - the perfect space for children to sleep and play. The living room has a gas fireplace and big screen wifi enabled TV for guests to stream their favorite apps. The dining room and bar seating offers plenty of room for guests to gather indoors for meals and in the summer season, the patio furniture on the deck is perfect for gathering as well.

Guests will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation. A gas grill is provided for summer guest use as well.

In the summer months, window a/c units are available in the bedrooms to help keep the home at the perfect temperature.

The home is dog friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry family member behind! The spacious backyard with a firepit and outdoor seating is a great place for the family to spend time along with the dog. One dog is allowed for an additional fee. Please contact management if you are planning on bringing a pet as an additional waiver will need to be signed stating that you understand the house rules as they apply to the dog.

The home accommodates 8 guests at the base rate. Up to 2 additional guests can be added for an additional fee. Please contact the management company to add these guests.

Frankfort boasts some of the most beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline, proximity to ski resorts, golf course, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Traverse City, and other tourist destinations. A good time is definitely to be had when staying at The Frankfort Haus.

Completely remodeled on the inside, Whispering Pines is a dream home for your Traverse City vacation. Located a stone’s throw from the TART trail, Traverse City’s recreational trail, this home has close proximity to everything that Traverse City has to offer. The state park public beach is just a short drive away, downtown shopping, restaurants and venue of the National Cherry Festival or Film Festival is about a 10 minute drive. The home is nestled in East Bay township which makes it a fantastic option for those guests looking to attend the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival at Flint Fields (10-15 minute drive).

Whispering Pines is all new construction on the interior of the home. All furnishings, appliances, beds, linens - EVERYTHING is new as of 2022. This home boasts many great amenities like a new washer and dryer, reliable wifi, Smart TV in each bedroom and the living room, dishwasher, air conditioning, and more. Outside the home, guests will enjoy the backyard fire pit area, gas grill, and deck seating. One of the best features is the new hot tub as of fall 2023.

Guests who are interested can inquire about bringing an RV - an electrical hook up is available.

With all main floor living space, this home is great for guests of all ages. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ample closet space and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The guest room contains a queen bed with a pull-out twin trundle - a perfect sleeping space for the kids! Both rooms have smart TVs. The living room has a pull-out couch. The home sleeps 7 guests.

The open floor plan of the home creates a spacious effect. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes, glasses, pots and pans - all of the items you will need to create a great family meal. The dining table is perfect for a family to dine indoors or guests can opt to sit outside on the deck furniture.

With such close proximity to the TART trail, guests will love having access to four adult bikes for their use. The TART trail extends across Traverse City allowing guests to navigate our beautiful city without needing to get in the car. The scenic bike ride is one we highly recommend!
