Thank you all for your patience as we rehabilitated the bar post Helene. But guess what, WE ARE BACK and will be reopening tonight at 6pm! THE HIGH ROLLERS featuring members J, Bianca and Adam of Seranation will be playing live from 7-11pm. We are opening on a limited basis so there is no food, only drinks, tonight. Parking is also very limited so please respect the neighborhood as many are still working on their homes. Ride share is highly recommended for tonight.

They are in the process of clearing the roads in our neighborhood. Once cleared we will post and be available to rent for anyone displaced or working in the area. We've received a significant number of request over the last week and will start with who reached out first and go from there.
We are also closely watching Milton with the hope it doesn't hit anyone.

**Update** The 8567 W Gulf Blvd Property in Sunset Beach is in great shape. We didn't take on any water with being on the second floor and today we learned that our interior is still perfect with the renovations we did earlier in June. We are still without power.

We will be available to rent to anyone displaced once we have power (hoping asap).

We are happy to share that we will be holding our rates from what they were before the storm which is uncommon in these situations......from now until the end of the year.

Let's continue to stay together and get through this.

Few pics of our property. As soon as we get power back and there are no interior issues from being without power, it will be available to rent for anyone who is displaced. We were lucky that none of the units took on any water. Thanks for being patient as we've received a lot of requests from those who are displaced.

Our hearts go out to everyone who's lives have been disrupted by Hurricane Helene. The people of Florida and Treasure Island are resilient and will come back stronger!

**We have an update and fortunately our property is fine and we plan to be back renting ASAP** or As Soon As People-can enjoy Treasure Island. Very Soon!
