What a beautiful weekend to experience all that Trenton has to offer!

This weekend Trenton is hosting the Missouri Day Festival on the fairgrounds which include a variety of vendors, the parade begins at 8:30 am Saturday morning starting in the downtown area, and a high school band competition on the THS/TMS campus.

If you are in town be sure to stop by and check out the cute local stores, coffee shops, and eating establishments!

My favorite part of cleaning a cottage is making the bed. A far cry from when I was a kid and would despise making my bed! 🤣

There’s something about making sure the corners of the sheets are tucked perfectly and the pillows are fluffed that brings me joy.

We hope you make yourselves at home at K4C and know we take pride in preparing the property just for you! 💙

Our guest reviews and feedback is wildly important to us! We know not everyone is going to have a perfect experience at K4C but not for a lack of effort on our part.

Recently we had a guest tell us one of the beds in the Beach House was uncomfortable and had a sleep indention (you know what I’m talking about, my bed at home has one 😂). I laid on the bed and instantly felt what she was talking about. Today was mattress delivery day and we couldn’t be more excited for the next guest and to hear their reviews of this upgraded comfy mattress.

While we may not be able to meet every single guest requests, the ones in our control, we will do our very best! 💙

Arguably one of the best things about the Missouri Day Festival is the food! With the huge variety of food trucks, there is something for everyone and likely something you've never tried before! The Missouri Day Festival is the 3rd weekend in October. We are thrilled with the new sidewalk leading from the driveway to the front porch!

📣 Our team is growing! We are looking to add additional help to our cleaning team! 📣

Our shifts are between the hours of 11am and 3pm and can vary in cleaning 1 cottage to all 7 properties. Schedule would need to be flexible to help on weekends and some during the week. Our primary check-out days are Sunday.

I took these pictures today as we were getting ready to welcome guests for one of our favorite weekends of the year… the Mid-America Music Festival and North Central Missouri Fair!

I’m incredibly thankful each time I’m at the cottages and in awe of the amazing families, guests who become friends and all around wonderful people K4C has led us to meet!
