No one can ever imagine the pain and anguish of losing a customer to the final chapter of their lives (death) Stan and I LOVE our customers and know so many intimate details of their lives. Children, grandchildren, bucket list trips, birthdays and anniversaries. Many of them we have traveled with. We are not just "your travel agent" we are your friend and extended travel family. These last couple of weeks we have lost several of our travel family. It is heartbreaking for us. What do you say and what can you do? Nothing seems enough, no words seem adequate. Probably because Stan and I have lost spouses ourselves (before we met) and loved ones and can understand and share the empathy and the bare bones grief that these events bring. We can only pray for our travel family and clients that some how God's grace can help them navigate a dark time and know they will see their loved ones again. Stan and I cherish our relationships with you and please pray (even if you didn't know them) for our clients during an extremely difficult time.
