We are seeking a full time highly motivated Customer Service Rep to join our Team in the Troy location, who will be responsible for assisting patients in need of medical equipment. 1-2 years home medical equipment experience and insurance verification background is preferred! Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00.

Job responsibilities could include, but will not be limited to:

- Assisting patients with supply needs
- Medical data entry
- Conversing & Educating Patients, and Caregivers
- Researching medical policies and verifying insurance coverage
- Creating work orders for supply deliveries
- Manage retail customers
- Candidate must possess excellent customer relations skills and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. They must also be comfortable talking with customers and referral sources.
- Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing friendly customer-oriented service a must.
