It's the perfect spot for celebrating as a small group or arranging for a larger function up to 150 people, on our 1-acre, 150-foot waterfront property on the lake The lake property includes a picnic shelter with bathrooms, and it’s own fully equipped kitchen. We can host family reunions, weddings, class reunions and more by special arrangement. Warm summer days are for swimming, floating, and waterskiing. Fishing is great on either Bull Lake or Bull River. We are also just minutes from Ross Creek Cedars – an easy 1-mile hike along old cedar growth up to 8 feet in diameter. Libby Golf course is just 30 miles away. You will also find plenty of shopping and antiquing there as well as at Troy, which is 17 miles away. Should you be able to come in the fall... you’ll enjoy the brilliant golden colors of our Tamaracks dotting our mountainsides! Crisp air, starry nights, and an evening bonfire to top it off. Once the snow flies there's great snowmobiling, skiing and snowboarding at Turner Mountain north of Libby and you are also just 1 hour away from Sweitzer Basin, Sandpoint Idaho’s world famous skiing. The surrounding area also has miles of groomed trails for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. Access to snowmobiler's trail # 473 "Keeler Creek" is just 13 miles down the road. Or simply enjoy a cozy time playing board games, reading, and connecting with friends and family. Hunting deer, elk and moose are popular in our area also. At our vacation properties, you're sure to depart feeling relaxed & renewed.
