It's a December to remember in . Resorts just beat out the snowfall record for December in 1970, which was 179" recorded at the Central Sierra Snow Lab. With nearly 2.5+ feet of snow in 24 hours, totals now sit at 193“ with even more on the way. ⠀

Well, that happened fast! We got a TON of snow overnight – more than 2 Feet! When it dumps like this, we have to catch up a bit. Our teams are working hard to prep the mountain, so we will have a delayed opening day, and won’t be loading any lifts before 10am. Get ready for some incredible powder, and in the meantime stay safe. See you on the mountain when all is clear!

The 21/22 Ski Season is a month away! It still feels like yesterday we were hiking the trails that are now dusted in white. While it is always hard to say goodbye to those pool days, we are thrilled to soon be cruising down the hill and riding chairlifts back up - and to know a warm fireplace is always near.
