Happy Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month!

This celebration holds a special place in my heart because I’m of Hispanic descent, and the foods from my family are some of my favorite memories. The diversity of Hispanic cuisine, with its blend of flavors passed down through generations, is something I cherish.

One of the things I love most about Disney is their dedication to inclusion, and their celebration of this month is a perfect example of how they connect with Hispanic and Latin culture. I’ve taken my kids to Disney many times, and Epcot is one of our favorite spots—not for the attractions, characters, or even its impressive innovations over the years. For us, Epcot has always been a way for my kids to experience 11 different countries within a short walk. It’s been their gateway to the world.
