A NOTE FROM THE TOBIA FAMILY:
2017 was our first year fully renting our beloved home. When we moved back to Florida, we left in such a hurry that we weren't able to prepare the house properly and so it felt too much like our home as opposed to a home that was rented. We got feedback from our guests and it wasn't what we had hoped. So, we are going to make things right for the 2018 season. We are shooting for 5 stars!!!

As all homes are not for everybody, we are not looking for a large quantity of families to rent to, we want to find the families that absolutely love our home and want to rent year after year. We want to find a fit for our old barn and the folks who will love it as we do.

"What a sweet spot" is a comment that we have heard time and time again from the guests that have graced our home. A renovated barn built in 1850s, our home is located 1/10 mile from the Pamet Harbor. Cozy and rustic, this home is PERFECT for the family. If you're an active family, bring or rent a kayak and launch right from the Pamet harbor. Great for bicyclist, on the "Bike Loop".

First floor features a small yet full kitchen, washer dryer, one bedroom, full bath and large den in back. Lockable door separates floor spaces for privacy if needed. Huge deck in front, huge upper deck in back for dining and bbq'ing. Come home from the beach and shower in a spacious, creatively built outdoor shower.

Second floor features 2 bedrooms, an office/den with pull out couch, family/dining areas, bathroom with soaker tub, full kitchen. Sip coffee and watch the birds in the trees from the oversized windows. Bright and airy and sun filled, the upstairs is perfect for the gathering family.
