This burger special was sooo good! There’s many burger places to choose from in Tucson, you can’t go wrong with most of them, as long as you support local!
Hub Restaurant and Creamery’s renovations are almost complete! I got a sneak peek at the changes to the front and back of house, and got to try some new menu items. They should be ready to welcome you in to the newly revamped space in a couple weeks. Until then, you can still enjoy the menu at The Playground. The gnocchi was amazing, as was the arugula salad. (Comped) I was invited by Luis, one of the family members that owns Chela’s Latin Cuisine, to try out their scratch made Mexican food that they have. This is the same family that owns El Sur, which has been serving Tucson delicious bites for over 22 years. We liked the dessert so much, we now feature it on our Downtown food tour route!

I took this video on a Tuesday and it was a school night and I was wondering why there were so many kids there, and I found out that the kids were there as part of their soccer teams and basketball teams. Instead of practice that night the team gets together and they bond with each other playing at the park, instead of just seeing each other at practice and games. It was a great idea, and the kids loved it. The end of the video gives me “I love turtles” vibes IYKYK
