Speechless, but eternally thankful for such kind words (See pic from a remote session in a differentnt state!). There are days when I question if what I do has value and meaning for others. Being an interpreter, best known in the community as translator, is not an easy endeavor.

I walk out of my home everyday giving my full commitment to what I do and the passion I have for the profession. Most of the days are easy and it goes by smoothly and quick. There have been days when I sit in my car and I take a few minutes to recover, from heavily emotionally charged sessions to few moments of realization where I discovered new terminology and phrases. The never ending experience of learning in this profession is incredible exciting.

Today marks a milestone in the professional development of the idea of becoming an interpreter, but also as I just filed the first taxes of a small business Alfredo Marcelo LLC ❤️

I’m beyond thankfull for all the clients and experiences gained throughout 2023 and I look toward to continue building the bridge for the LEP

Special shout out to my Interpreters community and the girls that always do and are the best rock I can stand tall. You all make me a better person, interpreter and team member ❤️ Carolina, Icoa & Nancy!
