So while on my trip to Disney last week I became very familiar with this thing called “the Disney rash”. Apparently it’s a non-contagious rash that occurs due to heat, sun exposure, and prolonged walking or standing and is a frequent problem for guests at Walt Disney World. So if you are like me and come back to your resort in the late evening after hopping to 3 parks on day 1 🤪finally sit down to rest only to discover your legs are red, splotchy, and swollen, you might have “the Disney rash!” The first aid stations are very familiar with this rash and will offer you ointment and an ice pack if it begins to itch and burn (which of course mine did 🙄). So just wanted to make you aware so you don’t freak out like I did thinking the worst😳! It really did look awful!
