Capstone Men and Women The Official Ambassadors of The University of Alabama

As the official student ambassador program, Capstone Men and Women work to always positively promote The University of Alabama. The organization works closely with the Undergraduate Admissions office by giving daily campus tours, speaking at student recruitment receptions across the nation, and daily contact with students to follow up on their campus visits. The group also assists the University P

resident's Office, the Board of Trustees, and other administration through numerous events throughout the year whenever requested. The members represent some of the most elite students at UA through outstanding academic, personal, and professional success.

What an exciting and memorable Capstone Leadership Academy! 🐘 Last Thursday and Friday, outstanding sophomores from around the state of Alabama joined us for an immersive and interactive, two-day workshop focusing on values, vision, and voice. Thank you to our current and former Capstone Men and Women who attended CLA and to our supporters and speakers from across campus!

This weekend, the Capstone Men and Women made waves at our annual beach retreat! 🌊 Our returning members and seniors shared valuable insights and lessons with our new members. This time-honored tradition reminds us all what it means to represent The University of Alabama. While we created unforgettable memories and had some sun-soaked fun, we built an even stronger bond as we gear up for an exciting year ahead! ☀️⛱️

Sticking with the Tide… rain or shine! ☔️

A group of our seniors traveled to Tampa over the break to catch the final Bama game of 2024. They also enjoyed the warm Florida weather at Busch Gardens! The group enjoyed soaking up some sun and spending time together at the start of their last semester.

2024 Capstone Rewind ⏪ While we work hard to represent the University of Alabama, we know how to have fun along the way! Last year, Capstone Men and Women were honored to lead 3,502 tours and share everything we love about UA. From make-it night to
gamedays and group trips to intramural sports, this year was filled with unforgettable moments.

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes of Capstone Men & Women and it wouldn’t be possible without all of our ‘CMW Moms’. We wish them and all the mother figures out there a Happy Mother’s Day!

While we are sad to soon say goodbye, we are proud of the commitment and achievements the 2022 seniors have made over the years. To wrap up our CMW Senior Spotlights, please help us celebrate our past exec team! Karlin Klass @karlin.klass  Former CMW Vice President of Administration  B.S. and Masters of Marketing with double minors in Communication Studies and Spanish with a concentration in Sales  Karlin will be finishing her work with the University of Alabama System and beginning her new role as the Concierge Services Coordinator for @colonnadegroup. Anna Paige Burrow @annapaigeburrow  Former CMW Vice President of Operations  B.S. in Chemistry  Anna Paige will be moving to Birmingham to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) at the McWhorter School of Pharmacy at @samfordu. Parker Grogan @parkergrogan  Former CMW President  B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Social Innovation and Leadership  Parker plans to work toward her Master's in Accounting from @mandersonua before moving on to her new role as an audit associate at @kpmg in Houston, Texas.
