Girl power!

🔥Lady of Steam (Sabrina) is a part of a Great Lakes shipping company, one of the few remaining that employ steam technology to operate commercial ships. Raised in the industry, she's been surrounded by ships her entire life. She graduated from the Great Lakes Maritime Academy, where she earned a license as a steam marine engineer with unlimited horsepower. Here, she is pictured aboard the Steam ship WILFRED SYKES, equipped with a 7,000hp steam turbine, built in 1949. Way to go Sabrina 👩‍🔧🙌

I still have some openings during the week this summer. June is a beautiful time to have coffee up on the rooftop deck and cocktails in the evening. Downtown Two Harbors: food, shopping, drinks, brewery, bike and hiking trails, live entertainment, art culture, Edna G, the lighthouse. Just a few miles either east to Grand Marais or west to Duluth. A perfect vacation!

Just put this beautiful loft space on sale for the first 2 weeks in April! The weather has been so warm, hiking trails are mint. Dog friendly too. Check it out!

Conditions today brought plenty of wind, rain and fog. A true sense of Fall as we officially hit the Autumn equinox. A man surfs by while kiteboarding as the ocean-going vessel Federal Hudson sits anchored in the lake. She adds to the list of salties here to load iron ore at CN this year.

Good morning from Two Harbors, Minnesota, where Thomas and Percy are steamed up and ready to meet some new North Shore friends today and this weekend. This is their first time in this new location and it is beautiful! All aboard for the Day Out With Thomas!
