Paul sold the house at Butler Ave! Don't worry, though- Dogwood Cottage is still available, and Pulaski Cottage is now available on a limited basis! I've updated the website and added photos here. Let us know if you'd like to stay in one of these adorable homes for a trip to Tybee Island!

Now offered with limited availability, Pulaski Cottage! This is a mirror image of Dogwood Cottage, located at the North End of Tybee Island. This home has been primarily used by Mr. Weber privately but is now offered for limited rentals! We'll have updated photos soon- he has recently put in new flooring, remodeled the kitchen, painted inside, etc.

Well, that was neat. Not being the most experienced website type person, I had no idea the guestbook would get spammed so much! I guess I'll have to make it more complicated. Luckily, most of the messages were private message, but there was 1 showing up to everyone about (ahem) inappropriate websites....oops!

What an awesome day! First, it's Thursday! I've got plenty of work to keep me busy, so the weekend is rushing in. Second, the weather here is Beautiful! I mean, it's sunny, mid-70's, birds chirping, great weather here! Third, it looks like I finally got that scam site all the way shut down!

Ok, so the scam site is still up, just with different permissions. And they phone number still works, they just blocked my work phone. This is terrible! At least a lot of you have stayed with us before and have the right email and phone numbers already. Again, avoid Southern Beach Rentals like the plague! :(

We've had 3 sets of guests show up so far, and were only able to accommodate 1 family. So frustrating, especially because there's no way to know who else may have been caught and think they made a reservation! Even with the listings taken down and the website gone, people may still show up!
We do still have dates available, so call me if you want to make a reservation! And whatever you do, don't give your credit card to Southern Beach Rentals. Apparently, they'll not only charge you for a fake rental, they'll run it on your card twice!!
