Prior to covid, hair wrapping stands seemed to be everywhere! Now, they are very scarce. Last July, I booked a time with Tiffany at JT Bruno Hairwraps. She came right to our resort room, and she had SO many colors and charm choices. She fixed up Maloree's hair while I unpacked, leaving us with more time to explore our resort!

Maloree chose a hairwrap, but she also does fairy hair. She is a former cast member, and it definitely shows through her wonderful customer service & magical personality! Highly highly recommend if hair wrapping is on your vacation agenda!

Especially popular at the value resorts is window decorating! This is just a way to make your stay a little more magical! Pinterest has SO many ideas and you can recreate them for very little money! I like just putting up cute banners that I print at home and some fairy lights. We are arcade junkies, so when we win rubber duckies or stuffed animals, we put them on the window ledge too! When Maloree was younger, she would color pictures or do crafts on the long drive to Orlando and we would hang those up. The options are endless!

Remember that mousekeeping has to clean up after you. Be sure to use command strips/tape that will not damage walls or windows, and clean up your window prior to check out!

The line begins forming about an hour before opening. Once the line gets too long, you will enter by virtual que. Stop by the Bakehouse to put your name in with the CM, then you’ll receive a text when it’s time to enter!

I am more than happy to give my recommendations, but Dole Whip will ALWAYS reign supreme. 🏆 My favorite Dole Whip treat is the I Lava You float at Sunshine Tree Terrace. 2025 is upon us, so I thought I would take some time to reintroduce myself to all of my new followers!

Growing up, I was always into Disney! I loved all of the toys, movies, Disney store, ALL the things... but I never visited a Disney park until I was an adult. At the age of 33, after much planning and saving, I took my then 9-year-old daughter on a "once in a lifetime" trip to Disney World. Little did we know that this trip would hardly be a one-time thing! We felt the magic and were instantly hooked!

I am a single mom on a teacher's salary. I knew that continuing to travel would take some work, so I started spending a lot of time budgeting, planning, and researching. I made it happen, and I have taken my daughter on many other trips since then! I became a travel agent because I want to share what I've learned with others and help them create memories with their family like I have created with my daughter. My main passion for Disney travel is helping others see that Disney IS attainable for any budget- even for a single mom on a teacher's salary. 🙂

A must do on your next Disney trip.. The silhouette cart!✂️ 👥

Here, you get a silhouette made of you, your child, or even your dogs, side profile. It’s the cutest souvenir to hang in your home. This is done by an artist with a pair of silhoutte scissors believe it or not!

This keepsake is inspired by 18th century European art.

You can find these carts in Magic Kingdom on Main Street on the side street by Uptown Jewelers, or in Liberty Square across from Sleepy Hollow.

$14 per silhouette and an additional $14 if you’d like to buy the oval frame!

🔹 OGA'S CANTINA 🔹 The next time you are going to be in Galaxy's Edge at Hollywood Studios, make time to stop by Oga's Cantina! This is always a must for us. There are MANY yummy drinks that are non-alcoholic. This is themed more like a "bar", but it is totally family friendly! Watch the video to see mine and Maloree's 2 favorite non-alcoholic drinks! 🔹 Maloree's choice: Carbon Freeze! This drink is made of lemon lime powerade, wild strawberry, blueberry, and green apple popping pearls.. as seen in the video, this drink bubbles as it is served to you! 🔹 My choice: Jabba Juice! This drink is made of simply orange, pineapple, kiwi, canteloupe, and blueberry poppping pearls! Reservations are highly recommended! I like to schedule ours during the heat of the day because a refreshing drink in the AC is always nice around that time!

There is nothing like staying at the gorgeous Grand Floridian! ☀️ 🏰 🚝 This deluxe resort is one of the 3 on the monorail line with quick and easy access to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. There is even a walkway and boat ride to Magic Kingdom as well. You can even unwind from a day in the park relaxing outdoors and watching the fireworks light up the sky from just above a Cinderella Castle. With its incredible dining options, amenities and Victorian style atmosphere this Disney resort is one of the best for a reason.

The cost is around $20, and you are guaranteed a pearl. For an additional fee, you can choose from multiple settings and cage necklaces to hold your pearl! 💵 MONEY SAVING TIP 💵 Purchase a cage necklace from Amazon before traveling & take it with you to EPCOT. They have several sterling silver, affordable options.. and several with Disney touches, such as Cinderella's carriage or Ariel (like we got!).
