This message to send awareness to all Owner Operators and Drivers to be wary of dealing with A & E LOGISTICS LLC. This company is a scam, they manage a company from different countries, as well as they have 2 addresses in the U.S.A one in Las Vegas, the other in Pennsylvania.. I am also from Canada. No one picks up the phone when you call, no one returns your emails. its DOT 2595426 / MC 910908.
My company has done 3 jobs for them, the latest was last August From PA to TX, then from TX to CA. they did pay, even though they made me sign a quick pay, when they cut from your payment 3% then another $5 Apple pay.. it was supposed to be within 24 hours, where that never happened. When I complained, I deactivated my account without any explanation, I sent an email to HR no one replied to me. I really don't understand how a big company like E-CAPITAL Partnership with such sammer, they will affect the credibility of such a known company. I will be contacting FMCS to file a complaint against them as the DA of NEVADA as well as the DA of PA, the chamber of commerce of the U.S.A & Canada should be notified of such scammers.
To all Owner Operators, Drivers, we should unite against such scammers and we should ban them from working in the land of laws and obedience.
I have all the documents, pictures and proofs of my statement.
I have the names of 2 people who work at AE LOGISTICS LLC.
I can file a case against them. They are responsible for screwing the drivers and owner operators.
All what I say to Owner operators and drivers, DO not work for them, they are thieves.. I told them " you can run but you can't hide" we will get them soon by THE LAW. this country was built by the law for the law..
