We recently earned the “Guest Favorite” badge and just learned we are in the top 5% of Airbnb homes based on our ratings, reviews, and reliability! There are so many homes on Airbnb and to be in the top 5% is truly a dream. We are so proud of this. This has been such a fun adventure and we are so thrilled that our guests love our space as much as we do. 🥳😊

We have such a busy summer ahead and are looking forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests! We only have 4 open weekends between June and August! ☀️

Our long term summer guests are unable to make it up from FL this year, so we have unblocked the calendar!

July is an extremely busy month at the Hilltop with only 7 nights remaining open! We are looking forward to hosting all of our upcoming summer guests who will get to enjoy these beautiful views. ☺️☀️

It was a slow and quiet winter here at Butternut Hilltop Camp, but the warm weather and our guests are starting to roll in!

We did some much needed spring cleaning this weekend and got to enjoy the sunshine and the views while we were there! There are plenty of weeknights still open, but we only have 3 open weekends left until October! ☀️

A couple “before and afters” of the bathroom facelift! A new floor and ceiling gave a whole new look to the entire room and is so much more inviting. It came out great thanks to our talented contractors!

Thanks to Susquehanna Landscaping, Butternut Hilltop Camp got a bit of a facelift today from the overgrown garden that was there before!

It has been an absolute beautiful couple of days at Butternut Hilltop Camp! Last month marked a year since launching our 1st Airbnb and a year of being an Airbnb Superhost. This has been such a fun adventure and we are excited for the year ahead!

Summer is completely booked! But there are still a few nights in May and June left! ☀️ 🏡

We hosted our first baseball family recently (they came all the way from Arizona!!) and they left us this as a thank you - love it! ⚾️ We were so happy to be a small part of their experience here in Upstate NY playing baseball. I am so happy things are somewhat back to “normal” and these kids are able to experience such a neat opportunity!

Our 19th set of guests arrive today, and it looks like they are going to have weather as beautiful as this all week! ☀️

“Our stay at Hilltop Camp was absolutely wonderful. Easy check-in, prompt responses from the host, and what a cute spot. Our dogs LOVED all the open space to run around and the outside deck was such a nice spot to hang in the sun. Would stay here again in the future.”

“What an amazing trip. The camp was picture perfect and breathtaking. From the moment we drove up the driveway to opening the door it was everything we’d hoped for. The views were amazing, and a beautiful night sky. Inside was so clean and spacious. The bedroom was so open and had so much light coming in. The bed and couch were so comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a washer and dryer is needed. Checking in and out was so effortless and easy. They were quick to respond to us and helped us in any way. Overall a great experience and we are excited to plan our next trip to their camp.”

“My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our little anniversary get away with our dog here. Kailey was extremely attentive and added such a personal sweet touches to the cabin for the weekend. On our trip home we were already talking about how we would absolutely come back again. The views are incredible, sunrise and sunset, if you have a great camera bring it you won't regret the pictures of the stars you will get! This was absolutely a lovely place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!!”

Our first reviews! March has been busy but it’s been such a fun experience so far! We opened our Camp on March 12th and managed to be totally booked this month with the exception of 4 nights. We are so happy our guests love our space as much as we do! 😊

We are looking forward to things drying up to get the fire pit put in, the pond cleared out, and get some flowers in the ground for our future guests to enjoy!☀️🌸

What’s the first thing you look for when looking for an Airbnb?

Mine is a beautiful view! Whether it’s on the water, in the mountains, or in a busy city; I look for a place I can sit and drink my coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night while enjoying the view around me.

Our first guests arrive Friday and we couldn’t be more excited! We hope they enjoy this view as much as we do! ☀️🏔
