We are so excited to announce our sister property Sanctuary by the Surf is now live and accepting bookings for the rest of the summer! It’s a completely renovated, oceanview 3 bedroom/2 bath surf shack that sleeps 4 adults and 4 kids a 2-minute, straight-shot walk to the beach. The big backyard has room to play and a saltwater pool. In the past two weeks, we’ve hosted a family gathering from three states to attend a college graduation, and three generations celebrating Mother’s Day! Today we welcome family gathering for a wedding. We absolutely love what we do. We still have end of summer/fall availability. Come see us!

If you’re not grabbing donuts from Sandbridge Market when you visit, you’re doing it wrong. They are freshly baked every morning and they go fast! (But fortunately for us, a little slower in the off-season.)

Late summer/early fall is my favorite time in Sandbridge! It’s still warm (but not oppressively hot), the pool is still open, the ocean is still swimmable, and the beaches are even more wide open than in the summer. And that view is as good as ever. 😍 We’ve got just a little availability at the end of September and in October! Link in profile!

It’s Sanctuary on Sandpiper’s birthday! We’ve had the privilege of hosting 40 groups over 200 nights in the last year. We’re grateful and humbled to have earned 100% 5-star reviews, but mostly we are thrilled to have been able to share this place with hundreds of people in the last year. Several couples have celebrated their anniversaries here (40th and 41st!), one special lady celebrated her 71st birthday with us, a family of a beautiful bride spent her wedding week with us, and our family has been able to spend sweet time with our loved ones here too. We’ve been honored to host many reunions between families and friends during a very difficult year. We are so grateful for the support of our wonderful guests, who have come from all over the country. Thank you for trusting us with your families’ time away, and for enabling us to do what we love. We will never take it for granted.
