Ironing Out the Details for Ironmonger Brewing! DIY Cross Stitch Tin Tacker in 10 Easy Steps!

Supplies:
Beer!
Metal Grate
Yarn, Silver and Black
Tapestry Needle
Scissors
Silver Spray Paint
Twine
Black Felt
Super Glue
Spray-On Glue
Exacto Knife
Cutting Board

Instructions:
1. Crack open a Beer! On with the Craft!
2. Use cross stitch alphabet pattern (or design your own) to fit your grate.
3. Use silver spray paint on edges of grate.
4. Paint’s drying! Time for a cold one!
5. Use a tapestry needle to cross stitch design on grate.
6. Use superglue to secure loose yarn ends.
7. Tie twine on corners for hanger.
8. Use Spray-On Glue to secure black felt to the back of the work.
9. Use cutting board and Exacto knife to trim excess black felt.
10. Sit back and enjoy a nice cold beer under your new tin tacker wall sign!

Beer!
Watering Can
Sandpaper
Masking Tape
Spray Paint Primer
Spray Paint in Black & Orange
Printed Horse silhouettes
Exacto Knife
Cutting Board
Spray Paint in Copper and Gold
Plant (Real or Fake)

Instructions:
Oops, crafting time, better get a beer!
Sand down planter.
Prime planter for painting.
Paint Planter Black.
Lightly Paint Planter with Orange.
Paint’s drying, time to wet your whistle with a cold one!
Use cutting board and Exacto knife to cut out printed horse stencils.
Attach stencils to planter with masking tape.
Paint around stencil with Copper and Gold Spray Paint.
Watch the flowers grow with a nice cold beer! Cheers!

Resin
Stones of several colors, Including Green
Cups
Stirring Sticks

Instructions:
1. What's that? It's time for a craft? Hold on, let me open a beer!
2. Clean jar and stones completely and dry.
3. Pour resin into jar and place base layer of stones
4. Resin’s drying, time for a beer!
5. Place stones for turtle and pour next layer of resin.
6. Resin’s drying, time for a beer!
7. Place stones for turtle and pour next layer of resin.
8. Resin’s drying, time for a beer!
9. Share a pint with your pint-sized turtle in his aquarium!

2 Pairs of Needle Nose Pliers
Steampunk Gears in Tarnished Blue
Steampunk Gears in Silver
Steampunk Gears in Copper
Jump Rings
3/16 Dowel
Sharpie Marker
Super Glue
Twine

Instructions:
1. What's that? It's time for a craft? Hold on, let me open a beer!
2. Use jump rings and pliers to secure gears into long strings.
3. Use sharpie to color dowel.
4. Marker's drying, time for a beer!
5. Arrange strings of gears along dowel and superglue into place.
6. Super glue 2 more jump rings on either end of the dowel.
7. Attach twine and hang it up.
8. Hang up your design and take a load of with a cold beer. You've earned it!

Cut circle of foam to top battery with room for cords 8. Drill hole in canister 2/3rds up rear matching diameter of button switch 9. The power tools are done, beer time! 10. Place battery in bottom of canister, use padding 11. Attach neg. wires with elec. clips to switch, feed through hole in canister and secure 12. Attach pos. and neg. wires to battery and cover with foam 13. Attach pos. and neg. wires to horns and secure in canister 14. Replace completed lid 15. Draw steam whistle hole on front of canister opposite the switch button 16. You're going to need 2 empty 16 oz. beer cans. Grab a friend and raise a toast! 2. Remove labels and sticky residue from beer cans with adhesive remover and dish soap 3. Remove pop tab and top from can with can opener 4. Cut open can to a flat sheet and clean inside with dish soap 5. Sketch and cut out beer can ornament template from construction paper (full instructions in video) 6. Use template and utility knife to cut foam board 7. Use template and scissors to cut aluminum 8. Super glue aluminum and foam board and allow to dry overnight 9. When something is drying, it's time to whet your whistle. Maybe a beer? 10. Use sharpie and paint pens to create label designs on the ornaments 11. Super glue pop tabs to tops of ornaments 12. Use wire or ribbon to hang ornaments 13. Hot glue spanish moss and virtua de madera to tissue paper 7. Use spray adhesive to fill holes and stop shedding of materials 8. Uh oh! Glue's drying! Time for a beer! 9.
