Have you stayed at Disney’s Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs resort? It’s absolutely beautiful! A moderate resort dressed up like a deluxe with a moderate price! Beautiful water view rooms, close to dining, transportation, and more! My clients check in today to spend the week and I hope they have an amazing time enjoying all the magic Disney has to offer!

I have only received a request for booking Wine Bar George once in the entire time I have made dining reservations. Those facebook groups are always listing the same restaurant recommendations- 'Ohana, Le Cellier, Chef Mickey's, Cinderella's Royal Table, every time the requests come in, they are almost identical. And then those restaurants are recommended to someone else. Find a travel agent that has been to TONS of restaurants and ask for their recommendations. I can promise you, if you ask me, I wouldn't recommend any of those listed above. Yes, they are good, and very Disney, but have you eaten at Shula's Steakhouse instead of Le Cellier? Have you eaten at Wine Bar George? Have you had Ale & Compass, Geyser Point, Boma, or Trattoria al Forno? Have you even heard of most of these? Venture out, don't ask around to friends who have gone once or twice! That's what we are here for, to level up your experience!

Mickey Beignets with ice cream, please! This resort- a quick boat ride to Disney Springs, the best beignets, an awesome splash pad, quiet walks along the river, on the smaller side of Disney resorts, so quick to get around, there is so much to love about this resort. I hope you have an amazing time this week "S" family, and enjoy Port Orleans French Quarter's Christmas decorations, their trees in the lobby are so unique!

Have you ever been to Universal Orlando over Christmas??? Definitely recommend! Harry Potter castle show, parade featuring Macy’s Day parade balloons, and so much more! The hotels are decorated and have special events- it’s such a great time! I hope my clients enjoy their week at Universal and have a very merry time! I mean, er, an epic holiday time! 🎄

If you have young children and want to experience the magic of Disney without going to Disney, let me introduce you to the Disney Cruise Line. I spent everyday, yes, everyday on our last cruise in the spa while my kiddo was in the kid’s club pretending to “steer” the ship, meeting characters, making crafts and friends. You can make this adventure as much or little Disney as you want.
There are characters almost non-stop in the atrium, as well as- shows, movies, so much entertainment, and tons of things are not Disney themed. Bingo (yes, for money), family feud, magicians, mini golf, are just a few of the activities we participated in one afternoon, and you really didn’t feel like it was Disney’ish. Other than the amazing cast members and service we received. So just some food for thought, I know a lot of parents I talk to tell me they want their kids to experience Disney but they don’t really want to go. DCL is a great alternative.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort! A favorite among families whether it’s for the theming, Skyliner access, and/or price! I was so happy to be able to work with the “M” family again and I hope you are having an amazing vacation!! I’m so excited for you to enjoy everything Disney has to offer for the holidays!!!

Why is choosing your resort important? Because depending on how you spend your free time, resort days, evenings, or early mornings, matters a great deal as to which resort you choose. It also changes based on your family dynamic, if I'm booking honeymooners, I highly doubt they care that they are too tall for this awesome splash pad at Disney's Grand Floridian. However, if I'm booking a family with 4- and 6-year Olds, this may be extremely important to have at their resort! This allows mom and dad to take a rest on the sidelines and allow kiddos to play, slide, make new friends, and enjoy a break from the parks. This is not the only resort with a splash pad like this, however, this might be my favorite one along with Disney's Polynesian. And maybe Disney's Port Orleans-French Quarter.

Happy Halloween! I have a lot of clients headed to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party tonight! Hoping they all have an amazing time, great weather, and bags full of candy! And the same for those of us at home, handing out candy or taking our little ones out!

My Coronado Springs clients are checking in tomorrow for the week, and I hope they love this resort as much as I do! Quiet, spread out, awesome pool, great dining (Three Bridges!), characters seem to show up outside the gift shop A LOT, and just such a chill place to hang out away from the parks. The rooms were just updated and feel so clean and spacious. You can rent bikes, enjoy coffee or drinks overlooking the lake in the huge lobby, and can we talk about the elevator buttons in the tower? All hotels need those! Have an amazing time!!!

My sweet repeat clients have 3 amazing rooms with verandahs on the Disney Dream this week! They will be enjoying a special themed Halloween cruise and I'm so excited for them. I am so happy that a friend referred Kyla to me, I loved working with her. She last minute jumped from a standard room at Art of Animation to a family suite, and if it’s in the budget, I recommend this 100% of the time. So much more room to spread out, two full bathrooms, and the suites are closer to the lobby and dining. I was so happy to hear they had a wonderful time when they returned!

If you have a family of 4 or 5 and need extra space, this is absolutely worth the upgrade! Universal is running they're buy 2 park tickets- get TWO DAYS FREE again! Let's get you booked; this is an amazing deal. Universal is a great vacation if you are thrill seekers, love Harry Potter, enjoy amazing water parks, or just want a theme park vacation that isn't Disney!

While everyone is trying the sodas at Club Cool in Epcot (which you should totally do! And film your family members drinking Beverly!) Did you know off to the side you can order floats? It was a million degrees outside (yes, a million, if you've been to Disney in August, you'll agree with me). And this root beer float just hit the spot!

Just booked! A club level room at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge for spring 2023! This club level has been on my list for a long time, and rumor has it, it’s the best one on property! I will definitely be asking my clients after their trip if it was as good as it’s hyped up to be! So excited to continue planning with them!

My clients are enjoying Disney's Dolphin Resort this week, and I am a huge fan of the Dolphin and Swan resorts! Located on on the other side of that walkway are boats to whisk you away to Epcot or Hollywood Studios! Looking for a resort day? The dolphin has paddleboats, and multiple pools, including one with a waterslide! Here around Christmas? These resorts are known as "Santa's favorite" and he appears on the weekends for photo ops. Him and Mrs. Claus are so much fun to chat with! Have the best time "Z" family!

The "P" family is checking into Universal's Cabana Bay Resort today for a week at Universal! One of my favorite things about this resort- you know, besides the lazy river, bowling alley, and fun kid activities, is that it has its own entrance to Volcano Bay! And some of the rooms have a great view of Volcano Bay as well! Have an amazing week, I had so much fun working with you on your vacation!

The first time we ever stayed at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort, we came upon these little cottages. With their own white picket fence and we’re so cute. We have stayed a few times and I kind of forgot about them- actually at one point I thought I had imagined them because my husband has no idea what I was talking about. Then, I booked this sweet family in the club level garden cottages. And realized that it was them! I was so excited for this family to enjoy not only these cute cottages but also splurging on club level just puts the cherry on top of your Disney vacation.

Have you stopped in at Club Cool in Epcot since it reopened? What are your thoughts? Have you tried the soda that tastes like bbq sauce? I couldn’t try it after watching my husband’s face! I’m curious your thoughts on the new additions!

This was one of my favorite parts of Discovery Cove. The lazy river wasn’t your average lazy river. Some parts were 3 feet, some were 8. There were water falls with birds and animals along the way. I recommend grabbing a noodle before you start because you will get tired swimming and want a break. Especially if you’ve been swimming in the Grand Reef first! Discovery Cove is all-inclusive for the day and a great add-on to your Disney or Universal Vacation!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a great resort for all types of parties- families, adult only trips, honeymooners, this resort offers something for everyone! My clients checking in have little ones, so they’ll be able to take advantage of quick skyliner transportation, a shaded playground hidden on the island behind the feature pool, and a great splash pad! Having an amazing time!

Have you ever thought about celebrating a large milestone at Disney? My clients with 5 rooms are spending their week living it up at Disney! Complete with a day at Universal Orlando and celebrating a birthday! They are topping their week off with a fireworks cruise watching Harmonious in Epcot and a fireworks dessert party at Magic Kingdom! Have an amazing time, and Happy Birthday, K!!! While I have a big group checking in today at Disney’s Caribbean Beach (celebrating the birthday girl!), I have a girl’s trip arriving at Disney’s Port Orlean’s French Quarter. They have big plans of using the boat transportation every night to Disney Springs for dining and shopping, after they spend the day at Epcot enjoying the Food and Wine Festival. Sounds like an excellent girl’s trip!

What’s one ride or attraction you could do over and over again? Mine is Toy Story Mania! I love some competition, whether it’s against myself or the other people in my car! After 5 or 6 times, my arm feels like it’s going to fall off, but- so worth it! 😂

There is nothing like glancing down from your balcony and seeing these cuties running around! They played bocce ball with guests and then took a few photos! It’s so exciting to see characters running around the resorts, we also caught Chip and Dale at Disney’s Coronado Springs Gran Destino Tower last week! Keep your eyes peeled though, it is not an everyday occurrence!

This. This might be one of the best items I’ve ever had for a meal at Walt Disney World. Located at Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. While this bacon and eggs is listed as an appetizer, it definitely was big enough as an entree for dinner. We mobile ordered and brought it back to our room last month, however last week, it was no longer listed on the mobile order menu for dinner. So this might be one you need a reservation to try! But so worth it!
