Provisional STR permit acquired and adding the finishing touches. Listing going live in the next week and aiming to start welcoming guests Dec 1. Eek! It's been so much work and we still have things to do but it's really coming together and we're so excited to start hosting and share our house with guests.

Work from home or work from here?
All we want to do when we're here is relax and play and, of course, we want our guests to do the same. But we'd rather be here working than not here at all. Fortunately, we have quiet nooks, primo wi-fi, cell reception (not common in the Catskills) and views for days. So we can get it done and get on with the fun.
