On our last trip to Disney I was able to knock a bucket list resort off of our list, Disney’s Polynessian Resort! 🌸

The theming, the restaurants, the views - I could go on and on!

This trip we were able to eat sushi by the beach, watch the Electrical Water Pageant with the castle in the background, take the monorail to Epcot and get a Pineapple Dole Whip (Dan’s rum spiked) every night. Oh, and if you are a Moana fan you will love the room theming!🍍

At Disney’s Rivera Resort you will find an amazing Quick Service restaurant called Primo Piatto!

Whether you are staying at the resort or take a quick Skyliner ride over, Primo Piatto is open to the public and has an amazing menu including the best Italian sandwhich and Croque Monsieur!

And while Quick Service, your food is delivered to you in the restaurant that is full of French Rivera vibes!

On one of our last visits we ate here twice! 🍽️

Recently my family and I stayed at Disney’s Coronado Springs in the Gran Destino Tower!

While we have stayed at Coronado Springs before, staying in the tower was a whole other experience!

The resort is gorgeous and staying right up the elevator from the lobby, you have so much conviniece at your fingertips! Multiple restaurants, shop, bar, etc., this moderate resort gave “deluxe” vibes!
