Our most current update is that we are now closed for short-term rentals. We are super excited that we expect to have long-term renters starting in August, so we will be using July to get everything ready for them. If we have the need to re-open for short-term rentals again in the future, we'll be sure to write an update here.

These bushes in front of the house inspired half of our name. We believe they are weeping mulberries, hence the mulberry name.

The Magic City part of the name comes from an old nickname for Tulsa from around the time Tulsa first boomed with oil. We share the name with one of our favorite nearby bookstores, Magic City Books.

For anyone who has visited the house, you might have noticed this hat in a glass box on top of the bookshelf by the fire...

For anyone who has visited the house, you might have noticed this hat in a glass box on top of the bookshelf by the fireplace. We don’t know a lot about it, but we found it in the attic of the house during renovations. Based on the tag inside, it might be from the 1930s-1980s. We thought it was a cool find that should be kept with the house.
