Hi Friends! It’s been a while since we’ve updated this page so we thought it would be nice to introduce ourselves again! We’re Chris (Christine) and Nick! We have three kids and live in Northern Virginia. We’ve owned our lake house for 3 years and rent it out full time. Chris manages the property and rentals and Nick is Mr. Fix-it when we need repairs. We have the best renters who take such wonderful care of our home! We appreciate each and every one of you! We hope you’re able to visit our home sometime and have an amazing vacation!

We can't believe this summer is winding down! What a great rental season this has been! We have been so busy, this summer has flown by. THANK YOU to all of our wonderful renters! We appreciate you so much more than we could ever say. We love sharing our homes with you and so fortunate to have people who take such wonderful care of them for us. To get started just go to our website www.lakeannadelivery.shop. Very easy to pick your service and schedule time. You can now send me your shopping list in any format that works for you.

When I receive your order I will text you to confirm. You will also receive text message of when shopping starts, if there are questions, when order completed and delivery is on it's way.

If an item is out of stock I will always ask you if you would like a replacement or leave the item out. No surprises. All communication will be through text messaging.

If anyone is interested in renting a boat while staying in Lake Anna, here are a few popular boat rental locations throughout the lake! Most will deliver to the dock and you can leave it overnight at the community park in our neighborhood or bring it up to the house and store in our shed.
