Welcome to Spring Break Family Fun at the III Condominium complex!
We offer 3-hour -friendly sand experiences that are led by Andy Hancock who has 20 years experience of building sandcastles on .
We don't do boring is Andy's Trademark and are the core of what you are going to learn.
Our lessons are Turnkey but you need to bring Drinking water, sunglasses, and hats to ensure you are comfortable during your stay.
You Can Bring coolers and your own tent and stay for the whole day if you would like to as you will be building something to can work on, and add to, ALL DAY
We will show you how to build a solid block from the ground up and then carve your castle from the top down using the 1 Full FREE toolkit you get with your lesson! (additional tools are available for sale) and there are enough tools to keep everyone happy!

If you have any specific requests we will try and accommodate you but castles are our thing as they teach you all the techniques you will need to enjoy summer at the beach again and again.
