Hidden in the heart of New Zealand’s North Island is Blue Duck Station, an outdoor enthusiast’s playground surrounded by Whanganui National Park. Guests can while away the hours horseback riding, jet boating and mountain biking before marveling at the brilliance of the Southern Hemisphere’s night skies. But perhaps the greatest experience of all is the Chef’s Table, a fine dining adventure under the stars.
Join a two-hour ATV bush safari tour precedes an intimate dinner, served at a table for 10 with breathtaking views from one of the highest points of the station. Diners linger over an extensive tasting menu of specialties crafted from locally farmed and foraged produce. After a peaceful night, breakfast is served before guests are escorted back to Blue Duck Station central.
