Cruise Enthusiast and Adventure Lover

People are often surprised to learn of my passion for cruising, but with two world cruises under my belt, as well as several ocean voyages and two river cruises, reaching nearly 100 iconic and unique destinations … with over 260 days aboard those esteemed nautical vessels - it’s safe to say I’m a fan. In fact, I met the love of my life on board a luxury ship, while cruising to Antarctica!

Cruising, for me, offers an exceptional experience and a plethora of benefits - relaxing transportation, enjoyable accommodations, delicious dining, a variety of entertainment options, educational and cultural opportunities, luxurious spa treatments, and a built-in (no excuse not to go) fitness center, all the while visiting exciting locations in secure comfort. What’s not to love?

I have always felt that cruising can be just as enriching and immersive as other types of travel. It is what you make of it and I always find new ways to enjoy myself on board. The itinerary may be set for the voyage, but it doesn’t mean you are restricted to the nearest shore. My fervent penchant for travel extends into in-depth planning, as I try my best to make every port count, even going off ship at times (with ship permission) to delve further into a destination.
