Candidates will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing customer calls and utilizing company policies to solve customer needs and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

CTM has partnerships with every major retail development company from Simon Property Group, General Growth Properties, Westfield, and CBL & Associates, as well as top tourist sites including Busch Gardens, Universal, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, the Smithsonian and many others. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.
