Stew/deck
US citizens only please!
Stew/deck needed for busy Alaskan yacht charter program. Yacht runs with stew/deck, chef and Captain. Owner operator for June, July and August charters and an occasional family trip. End of August put the boat away for the off season. This is a 3-4 month job with very few days off unless a charter isn’t booked and we can get to a harbor with space available (Very rare).

Beds and heads
Consumable shopping
Assist chef

Exterior
Wash downs
Anchoring
Lines
Assisting guests with kayaking and hiking.

On flip days between charters we try to have a day worker to assist. Standard is 48 hours between charters.

Salary depends on experience. Prefer hospitality workers that are looking to get into yachting. Lots of Seatime if that’s what your path is. My first stew had her 100 ton after summer 3. You will be trained throughly.

Hello Alaskan friends. ALC is looking for a stewdess/deckhand for the 2024 charter season. Season runs from end of April to beginning of sept. Day rate paid for everyday on the boat plus tips when we are doing charters. We start in Washington in late April cleaning the boat and doing a short shipyard period. Then Travel up through Canada to Alaska for charters in June July, and August. Late August early September, we returned to Washington. Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Ideal candidate would have high-end restaurant experience and great knowledge of Alaska. Prefer to have somebody that knows they don’t get seasick. Duties will include everything around, making the guest experience enjoyable. The Deckhand portion of the job you will be trained thoroughly on, but mainly will be wash downs , anchoring, and lines at the dock.
