If you are thinking about taking advantage of some of those amazing #traveldeals out there, here are some tips:
1. Make sure to read the fine print! - each #airline has different policies for #covidtravel including social distancing while in flight & change policies
2. Choose the route that is most comfortable for you... Review the options for layover airports & timing
3. If your airline/ticket type allow for same day changes & your schedule has flexibility.... check the capacity of the flight 24 hours prior to departure. You may find that the flight that departs one hour later has 50% less passengers
4. While security lines are much shorter and terminals are near empty, many services in-terminal are closed or operating on limited hours including most restaurants, bars and shops. Be prepared to bring your own food to the airport or check in advance to see what food options may be open in your terminal.
5. In-flight service changes vary by airline, however you can count on limited service in main cabins ranging from no food service to a snack bag that is handed to you as you board. Beverage service is typically on request with alcohol only being served in 1st class if at all. Consider purchasing extra drinks in-terminal before boarding.

I didn't fall in love with camping until my late 30's. I never camped as a kid and had an image in my head of what it was like and decided it wasn't for me. But as I got older and my mind expanded with opportunities, I saw that just like with anything else in life YOU create the experience YOU want. I figured out what made me uncomfortable about camping and fixed it. I take great pride in my modest camping set-up and the adventure that comes with camping on my own with 3 kids.
