If you’re looking for a vacation with a good mix of land and sea time, a cruise tour could be a great fit for you! 🛳️

What’s a cruise tour, you ask? You’ll spend part of your vacation staying at a hotel (or a couple hotels!) and exploring nearby, and part of your vacation cruising, enjoying the ship, and visiting different ports of call.

Cruise tours are offered all around the world, but check out this 8 day trip with Globus to Greece and Turkey 🇬🇷🇹🇷

Days 1-2: Arrive in Athens, Greece. You’ll stay for two nights, visit the Acropolis and the Panathenaic Stadium, and have plenty of free time to explore.

Day 4: In the morning, sail to Kusadasi and explore the excavations of Ephesus! The afternoon port of call is Patmos.

Today, we’re highlighting a couple more great excursion options in the Cancun, Mexico area!

Tequila, Tacos, and Salsa Food Tour: This tour is a great way to sample traditional foods in Puerto Morelos, a fishing village. Does visiting ancient Mayan ruins come to mind when you think of a trip to Mexico? 🇲🇽

There are plenty of amazing ruins sites in Mexico, but a couple of our go-to recommendations are Chichén Itzá and Tulum. You can explore either of these on a day trip from the Cancun area! 🏝️🌟

Chichén Itzá: This is one of the more well-known ruins sites and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World! Explore the iconic El Castillo pyramid, grandiose temples, and cenotes in this ancient city. 🏰🌿

Tulum: The ruins here are cliffside, with stunning panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Wander through the well-preserved temples and enjoy some beachside relaxation afterward. 🏛️🌊

You may know Oahu as the island that's home to Hawaii's state capital, Honolulu. It's also home to 70% of Hawaii's residents.

There are plenty of amazing places to visit on Oahu, but here are just a few:

Are you a parent of teenagers? Planning a vacation your teens will enjoy might feel like a challenge, but we're here to help!

🔎 Involve them in the planning: if your kids are interested, let them help research options and choose the destination, activities, or meals.

🏝 Find a balance between adventure and relaxation: Many teens enjoy interactive experiences, like snorkeling or trying a cooking class. You'll also want to leave some time to unwind, though. Beach or pool time, anyone? 🙋‍♀️

🚶‍ Including time for individual exploration: If you and your teen feel comfortable, set aside some time for them to explore at their own pace. Cruise ships and theme park vacations can be especially great settings for this!

A long time ago (but it feels like just yesterday!) Michaela lived there! During college (peep the graduation photo) and for some time after, Edinburgh was home.
