This morning’s adventure was watching ricotta being made from sheep’s milk. The farmer wakes at 4am to milk 200 sheep and makes fresh ricotta which he sells to local businesses. As usual, the excursion finishes with tasting the fresh ricotta, bread, meats, cheeses and olives!

Just had the most incredible day at Tonnino Winery! 🍷✨ Spent the afternoon learning how to make homemade pasta from scratch, simmering the perfect meat sauce, and finishing it off with a delicious dessert. Nothing beats fresh pasta made by hand, and the views of the vineyard were absolutely stunning. So much laughter, good food, and great wine with amazing company. Book with Sicilywithfriends.com

What an unforgettable day touring the mystical town of Erice! The fog rolled in, adding a magical touch to the ancient cobblestone streets and giving us that ethereal Sicilian charm. We wandered through history, discovering hidden corners and breathtaking views that appeared like a dream through the mist.

Afterward, we made a serene stop at Le Saline, where the salt flats stretched out like a painting, reflecting the soft light of the day. Truly a tranquil moment to soak in the beauty of nature.

Finally, we wrapped up this amazing journey at La Cantina Florio, tasting some of Sicily’s finest wines, sharing stories, laughter, and, of course, the best of Sicilian hospitality.

Exploring the Valley of the Temples Start your day early at Agrigento’s most iconic site—the Valley of the Temples. This UNESCO World Heritage site is home to some of the best-preserved ancient Greek temples in the world. Walking with friends through the ruins of the Temple of Concordia, Temple of Juno, and Temple of Heracles is like stepping back in time. Be sure to take plenty of photos as the golden stone of the temples glows in the morning light, and don't forget to enjoy the sweeping views of the Mediterranean coastline.

🌿 Just spent an amazing day at Agustali in Sicily! From bread making to olive harvesting, every moment was a delight. We indulged in a fantastic wine tasting, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, and enjoyed the sounds of traditional folklore music. The highlight? An incredible lunch that showcased the best of Sicilian cuisine. Truly a day to remember! 🍷🍞🫒🎶✨
