I'm participating in an on-line networking event to meet new hoteliers and get updates from my contacts at my preferred cruise lines, tours companies and hotels this week. Why does this matter to you? Since I have preferred status with most of the luxury brands of travel (Four Seasons, Auberge, Belmond, Silversea, Regent....the list goes on), I have access to exclusive perks or early access to many sales. This is true for many Black Friday sales---I just quoted a cruise for a client where my preferred savings gave them an additional $10k discount bringing the total of a luxury 19-night sailing to $17k (for 2 people). That is a HUGE discount for that price range of sailing 🤩 Knowing the names behind the business also allows me to connect on a personal level which translates into more personalized service for your stay. As not to play favorites, I'm using a neutral beautiful photo to grab your attention :)

I'm a bit behind on some blog posts---just posted about my March trip to Italy. I'm posting now because 2025 is going to be a popular year to visit Italy. The Pope announced that this will be a Jubilee year---this is in simple terms a religious pilgrimage and many of the holy sites in Italy (especially Rome and Vatican City) will be stops along the pilgrims route. If Italy is on your list for 2025, please contact me soon so we can make arrangements while there is still availability for hotels and guides.

My trip to Antarctica in 2022 was one of my most memorable trips. If you are thinking of visiting and have some flexibility....the yearly last minute sailings have started to be discounted. Last minute can mean anything from November to March as most people plan Antarctica more than a year in advance. Swan Hellenic---one of my best expedition sailing experiences (I sailed with them in Africa) is even reducing or eliminating the single supplement on select dates. Antarctica is an expensive area to sail, so even with discounted pricing, expect to pay $10k+ per person for a 10-17 night voyage--shorter voyages don't get discounted as often (but it happens). Please message me if you are interested in learning more.

I am headed back to Europe to see the Christmas markets again this year. The current plan is to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina (learn more about the war and how the country has rebuilt), visit Zagreb's market (ranked on many top 10 lists), see Luxembourg's many city markets and spend a little time in Paris (so exited to take the NON-STOP flight from Phoenix!). It isn't too late to plan a trip to see the Christmas markets---by cruise or land. Please message me if you are interested.

I reserved group space on an August 2, 2025 Princess Cruise Tour (13 nights). This is a 7 night cruise starting in Vancouver with 6 nights afterwards on land visiting both Denali and the Kenai Peninsula before ending in Anchorage. This is a great way to see a lot of Alaska in one trip! Balcony staterooms start around $10,500 total for 2 people (based on double occupancy in one room). The group space is held until March 1st. Please message me if you are interested.

I have a couple of blog posts up from my trip to French Polynesia...and a few more are on the way. I'm trying to write more blog posts so I can share my experiences with you.

I'm also running a special for travel to French Polynesia booked by December 31, 2024 for travel through 2026. For every 7+ night booking (cruise or hotel), you will receive up to $250 in Amex gift cards. Message me for more details.

I arrived in Maui today and am staying at the beautiful Ritz Carlton located in the quiet area of Kapalua. On the other side of Maui (about an hour away) is the equally beautiful Four Seasons where I had my birthday lunch today 🎂 I will be visiting a few other resorts in the next couple of days so I can help you select the property that is the best fit for you.

Moorea has been a great experience...there is an opportunity to meet more locals and see different areas of the island that each have their own vibe (I rented a car). On Bora Bora, you spend most of your time at your resort or in a boat and Rangiroa is very small...so Moorea is different.

I moved to Moorea today...and I don't know whose yacht this is, but it makes my spectacular sunset view even more spectacular (a girl can dream 🤣). This isn't the fanciest resort on Moorea and there are no overwater bungalows but I can see why they are often awarded the best views on island. I move to another resort and tour yet another tomorrow so I will have firsthand knowledge of the 3 best resorts to help you choose 😊 The other photos are from the Blue Lagoon in Rangiroa...also stunning.

I had a nice stay in an overwater bungalow at Intercontinental Thalasso, snorkeled with reef sharks, sting rays and what felt like 50 different kinds of reef fish and am now on a new island called Rangiroa (about an hour flight from Bora Bora).

We loved our stay at the Conrad and are moving to another resort on Bora Bora this afternoon. I've been working hard and meeting with the sales and wedding team here to learn all of the secrets of the property. There are 16 room categories here and I saw them all so I can help you decide which one is the best fit. I also attended some great lectures from non-profit partners about the coral reefs and Mantas on the island---very interesting---and I took some of that knowledge with me when I snorkeled right from the beach. I saw hundreds of fish and about 15 different species....all right from the beach...no photos...I can barely snorkel and I for sure can't snorkel and take photos...yet :)

We made it to Bora Bora🥳 I've seen a million photos of Bora Bora and am a French Polynesian certified travel advisor, but I am still blown away by the beauty...especially all of the shades of blue water. First stop is the Conrad where we have a peaceful garden villa. We are a 2 minute walk to the beach and have a little more privacy than the over water bungalow...we are staying in one of those at the next resort. It is my job to help you compare all of the options😊

I leave today for a great trip ✈️ Starting off in Bora Bora and then heading to the lesser known French Polynesian island of Rangiroa before heading for some time on Moorea and a few hours on Tahiti. My husband is going to Fakarava to scuba dive a few days and will be my honorary employee reporting back on how amazing it is :) We then head to Oahu for a friend's retirement and end the trip in Maui. This is a longer beach trip than I normally take, but you guys are requesting trips to French Polynesia and Hawaii more often, so I need to be up to date to be your travel expert in this area as well 🏖🏝 Plenty of photos to come!

I've had a toothache for a couple of days and learned it is an impacted wisdom tooth. I have surgery first thing Monday morning. I will not be working Monday and Tuesday and will likely be working only part time the rest of the week. I'm thankful this happened before I left for French Polynesia...finding a dentist on vacation is one activity I'm happy to miss! In the meantime, we can all dream of the beautiful scenery I will see in September :) This is from my first stop at the Conrad Bora Bora Nui.

I just had a quick 36 hour visit to Yellowstone...I stayed overnight in the park for the first time in awhile which makes it easier to explore right up until dark and start off at first light. We didn't see a lot of animals this time, but we had some quality bear and bison sightings 🦬🐻
