Hello all! 😍 It is with bittersweet joy that I have officially sold Rocky Mountain Raclette to my great friend who is like a little sister to me...Alex Arama! Alex has worked throughout the years serving and doing events with Rocky Mountain Raclette, and I could have not found a better fit to pass the melted cheese torch too. She knows the brand, the service, and the standards of business which makes my heart so happy and full. I look forward to watching how much she can grow Rocky Mountain Raclette. It has been a beautiful seven years of creating and growing this business to what it is today. I remember when it was just an idea, and the hustle that it took to finally establish a network of clients! Countless hours of prep and service, events like Oktoberfest and Aspen Food & Wine, two business trips to Switzerland to study this cuisine, priceless serving memories and countless laughs around the table, the memories go on and on! Thank you to all of the servers and team members who have built the brand to what it has become. I am forever grateful for this experience and business. As for me? I moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, NC to start a new life journey!
