Hello all! Weather is looking fantastic for ballooning this weekend! See FAQ's and other info here.

FAQ: BALLOON FESTIVAL INFORMATION

Times: Gates open at 5PM.

Balloon Set-Up times: Weather is the unknown variable. Balloons do NOT set up in the rain or when the wind gusts are higher than 12 mph. Balloon setup usually happens around DUSK, however it could be before. Information will be shared at the Venue VIA the QR Code Links located at the entrance gates and around the venue. We will also share updates on weather and balloons info on our website www.BalloonShows.com- click "This weekend show". Also right here on Facebook!

Balloon Glow & Laser Show is at 9:00PM

Balloon Rides: Balloon rides are an additional $25 per person CASH and can only be purchased during the event. (Unless your purchase the FAST PASS online) Balloon rides require very mild winds (below 8MPH) and no rain to operate safely. You may also see balloons up and NO RIDES will be available because the winds are too high to safely do Balloon Rides. Use the QR Code to sign up for balloon rides and see other festival related info. If you head over to the Balloon Ride tent you will see a flagpole with Flags for different balloon operations. YELLOW FLAG is for BALLOON OPERATIONS ON HOLD GREEN FLAG is for Balloon are a GO!

When you arrive at the festival we suggest scanning the QR code at the entrance and at the Balloon Ride Tent to be entered into the QUEUE line for a balloon ride. We will share updates on weather and balloons on our website https://balloonshows.com/this-weekends-show.

If the Balloons don't set up - If the Balloons cannot set up due to rain or high winds we will still have a fantastic Laser Show & Ring of Fire display at 9PM. IN ADDITION: If you come out Friday and the Balloons do not setup, you may use your ticket again Saturday. If you don't attend until Saturday and the balloons do not setup Saturday, your ticket will be good again at next years festival or any other affiliated Balloon festival. We will update our website www.BalloonShows.com with any weather related advisories.

Kids Area - we will have a kid related activities like bounce houses etc. This is a RIDE VENDOR and prices are additional for these rides. See VENDOR for details. (Weather Permitting)

Live Music: We will have a central stage area with a great music and a Magician performing hourly

Bathrooms: Multiple clean sanitary and monitored portable bathrooms are available in the Fairgrounds.

Set up Chairs: You may set up your own chairs on the grass. There is lots of room and no matter where you are you should have a great view of the balloons! NO TENTS or COOLERS are allowed. Umbrellas are ok as long as they don't block the view of anyone around you.

Balloon Glow & Laser Show starts at 9:00PM

Live Music for your entertainment from a variety of Artists.
Craft & Retail Vendor Booths with tons of cool and interesting stuff for sale!

Food Vendors with bunches of fantastic Festival Style food to choose from!

Bucket List!! Tethered Hot Air Balloon rides will be available for purchase during the event for $25 per person. While supplies last and weather dependent. Announcements on rides will be made at the event.

For the Grand Finale each night after dusk... about 9pm we will have the fantastic Hot Air Balloon Glow & Laser show where we will light up all the balloons in unison with crowd participatory "Count Downs"! This show incorporates Music and visually stunning coordinated burns by the Hot Air Balloons & Lasers.. creating a Glow!

Bring your blankets, chairs and umbrellas and set up your own "perfect" viewing spot i!
