A second stairway goes from the

backyard to the basement, where there is an extra kitchen sink, lots of counter space, a large freezer, and laundry facilities. This makes it ideal for hunters. There is a huge lot for outdoor activities, and several flowerbeds to check out. Relax on the bank of the Sheyenne River and watch the birds, animals, and turtles or light up the fire pit for a memorable evening. We are 1 block from the Valley City campground if some in your party prefer to stay in their own camper.

Maple Season has begun...finally! What a difference from last year.

Last year we tapped on the 8th and the sap came running out immediately. The snow was gone and yard was bare.

This year we tapped on the 15th and 18th. Finally got a couple drops yesterday. This year, John had to snow blow paths to the trees.
