UPDATE: The tenant did not cause a fire in the unit. Something caught on fire and she put it out on her patio. She refused to let the Fire Department check on the apartment and was verbally uncooperative. This ALL could have been avoided if she would have simply let them come in. Her bitterness and anger are controlling her. I'm hoping this will lead her to the path of getting help. I've called her attorney to inform him there is no Arson and hope he can help her. Please pray for her to find some peace so she can let go of the anger that controls her.
