One of the last projects is underway at The Barn at Bluff Creek Farms! Our custom 8’x10’ sliding doors are being installed. They still need to be trimmed out with the Southern Cross, but these functional sliding doors will allow us to keep the wind out and ponies warm in the colder months! Thanks to Jeremy Barbour for doing a great welding job on the frames!

We are excited to share The Barn at Bluff Creek Farms is now serving as a venue for parties and celebrations up to 75 guests! We are not doing weddings at this time, but we would love to host those milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, graduations, and celebrations that need a little something special for the occasion! Our Friday or Saturday event rental includes a one night stay for up to four guests in our upscale furnished apartment over the barn! Let us show you and your guests a good time!

The Barn at Bluff Creek Farms is the landing pad tonight for the USA Polocrosse World Cup Team coaches Rob Shuttles and Gordon Duff and international players Kyla Zielinski and Dylan Scott traveling from Texas to South Carolina for an exhibition match at Polocrosse in the Pines this weekend! The herd of 11 horses is grazing and stretching their legs in the pastures so they will be ready for another long stretch of hauling tomorrow.

It was a great weekend for some polocrosse! If you are a horse person with interest in this sport, feel free to reach out! We would love to get you plugged in. There are clubs across the USA! It is a dynamic, family friendly, and exciting sport that the whole family can play! I mean-what sport can a father complete against daughter and age not be a factor?!?! Who thinks they know who won????

It’s a happy homecoming tonight at the barn! Tia has been in two different vet hospitals being treated for multiple eye issues for the last eight weeks! She was happy to greet her friends and settle into her stall with her favorite snack-Alfalfa! Welcome home, Tia!

The next resident at The Barn at Bluff Creek Farms we would like you to meet is Raye. She is the newest addition to the farm. She came from some good friends in Castroville, Texas. She is not your average built Thoroughbred; she is all muscle and power! She has played polocrosse for several years and played in B Grade at American Polocrosse Association Nationals in Harvest, AL in October 2023.

Raye is sweet and eager to please. She loves peanut butter sandwiches and running around at high speed in the pasture! She has been a great addition to the herd and is a good looker for sure!
