[email protected] Lori looks at baking like a memory book. Her experiences of baking often included her father as well as other family members.

Baking frequently brought the family together creating memories and a passion for baking. Lori, too, shared her love of baking with her kids throughout their childhood. While she worked to support her family, her aspiration to open her own bakery never faded. With 30 years of baking under her belt, she soon went off to Oregon Culinary Institute School of Baking and Pastry, learning a variety of ba

king, sculpting, and decorating skills as well as an assortment of baked goods and pastries. After becoming a Certified Pastry Chef in 2009, Lori had the inspiration to start practicing her new skill set for friends. Shortly, by word of mouth, Lori’s cakes and cupcakes became a hit, while trying to keep up with demand!
