Here are some of our beach finds this week including some sea glass and a broken Megaladon tooth! Venice calls itself the shark tooth capital of the world due to all of the fossilized teeth that can be found there. We have some amazing beaches within walking distance of the house and a bunch more that only require a short drive. Come stay and see how many teeth you can find!

We are only a 3 minute drive (1 mile!) from the Venice Fishing Pier and Sharky's on the Pier, where you can get great beachfront dining or free fishing! It's also an amazing place to watch the sunset! Book your stay now!
Did you know that the Venice area was home to many people involved with the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus? Not only that, but you can go there and try out your trapeze skills a few days each week. This trapeze training area is just a short walk from our house where we would love to have you as a guest. Are you a birdwatching enthusiast? If so, you will probably love checking out this rookery! It can be found at 4002 S Tamiami Trail via, Annex Rd, Venice, FL 34293 and is just a short, 5 mile drive from our house. It is open from dawn until dusk every day of the year. You may even see an alligator patrolling the water! Come stay at our place and don't forget to bring your binoculars!

One thing we wanted to do with this house is to try to provide a lot of activities for people to do. That is why we decided to put a few arcade machines in. They are great family fun, a little nostalgic, and a good indoor activity in the evenings or the off chance that you get a rainy day in Florida.

We love the peacefulness of our condo, especially early in the morning. We feel like we are in the perfect location at Edgewater being tucked back in away from the street, but being so close to the pedestrian bridge that the beach is extremely convenient.

Quieter than the hotel fronts and villa pools are very close and nice. Would recommend for families. A lot to do across the street and Edgewater side of Panama beach but just a 10 minute drive to pier park."
